More...My son had gone through 3 of our older but paid off cars. He was desperate to find another ride so he could continue to get back and forth to work and travel to work sites.
We had visited a number of used car dealerships. The cars had high miles, high prices, and high interest rates. 11% was a common rate. I was not going to let my son get into a high mileage car that would likely need high cost repairs in a couple of months and be left with a high monthly payment and unusable car.
I had an 820 credit rating and thought I had the perfect plan!
